The Driving Force Behind K Company
Shakier Williams is a dynamic South African executive and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience shaping successful ventures and leading impactful initiatives. As CEO of CAJV (Pty) Ltd, the professional services and governance consultancy he co-founded in 2014, he has facilitated over R30 billion in savings and liability reductions for government departments through innovative case management and strategic solutions.
With a legal academic background from the University of Johannesburg, he combines legal understanding with sharp business insight across strategic planning, governance and compliance, public sector reform, disciplined financial management, cross-border trade, and administrative reform.
Prior to CAJV, Mr. Williams founded and led successful ventures in the timber industry — developing extensive international trade experience with Farilli Timbers — and engaged in the automotive sector. K Company also serves as a platform for international trade, connecting African businesses with global markets.
